Postnatal Massage & Birth Debriefing: Gentle, Trauma-Informed Care for Body, Mind & Story
Birth changes everything — your body, hormones, nervous system, and identity. Whether you gave birth last week or years ago, you still deserve care that supports the whole of you.
Postpartum Massage & Birth Debriefing with Autumn offers a safe, nurturing space for physical recovery and emotional healing — wherever you are on your postpartum journey.
Each session is tailored to your body and story. You may receive: Lymphatic Massage - To reduce swelling, support breastfeeding, and gently clear medications or birth-related interventions. Gentle Remedial Bodywork - to calm the nervous system and ease tension from birth, feeding, holding, and exhaustion. Birth Debriefing - a safe, compassionate space to talk, cry, rest, or simply be heard. Many clients release emotions stored in the body — we welcome that here.
“You talk. I listen. Your body lets go.” – Autumn
Postpartum care isn’t about “bouncing back” — it’s about being held, witnessed, and supported.
With over 25 years as a remedial massage therapist and nearly 15 years as a doula, Autumn understands how the body holds emotion and how deeply healing touch and presence can be. This isn’t just massage. It’s a moment to exhale. To reconnect. To feel safe. To be heard. It’s never too soon — Or too late. You are welcome whether you're 6 days or 6 years postpartum. This work is for anyone who has birthed and feels the need to release, reconnect, or simply feel held — without judgment, pressure, or expectation. -
Postnatal Massage: Gentle Care for the Journey into Motherhood
The postpartum period is a time of profound transition—physically, emotionally, and energetically. Postnatal massage offers a nurturing space just for you, where rest, healing, and reconnection take center stage.
With soothing, intentional touch, this massage is designed to support your recovery after birth, ease muscle tension, and offer a quiet moment away from the demands of new motherhood. Common areas of strain—like the back, shoulders, and neck from feeding and carrying—are treated with care, helping to relieve discomfort and restore a sense of ease in your body.
More than just physical relief, postnatal massage is a chance to slow down, receive, and be held in a supportive space. It’s a gentle reminder that your well-being matters, too—and that moments of stillness and care can be deeply replenishing as you navigate this new chapter.
